How should a church be organized (pastor, elders, deacons, etc.)
We have a couple of studies on our web site that deal with the nature and organization of the church. Check out "A Biblical Philosopy of Ministy" and "The Measure of a NT Church." These studies should give some help. Fundamentally, the NT does not distinguish between pastors and elders. They are really one and the same and it is the elders who are to oversee the training and equiping of the flock. You will find these studies in the "Theology / Ecclesiology" section.
