Would you consider evangelism to be a teaching gift?
People with the gift of evangelism ought to be engaged in training others how to witness. This is not only logical, but evangelists are gifted men who are given the role and responsibility of equipping the saints for the work of ministry. Ephesians 4:11f seems to make that very clear.
