1 Kings 3:22-23

3:22 The other woman said, “No! My son is alive; your son is dead!” But the first woman replied, “No, your son is dead; my son is alive.” Each presented her case before the king. ¹ 

3:23 The king said, “One says, ‘My son is alive; your son is dead,’ while the other says, ‘No, your son is dead; my son is alive.’”

1 Kings 4:19

1 Kings 18:13

⁵ tn Heb “and he made complete the house.”

⁵ tn Heb “As for the rest of the events of Abijah, and all which he did, are they not written on the scroll of the events of the days of the kings of Judah?”

⁶ tn Heb “Has it not been told to my master what I did…?” The rhetorical question expects an answer, “Of course it has!”
