16:12 So Jesse had him brought in. ¹  Now he was ruddy, with attractive eyes and a handsome appearance. The Lord said, “Go and anoint him. This is the one!”

1 Samuel 20:7

20:7 If he should then say, ‘That’s fine,’ ²  then your servant is safe. But if he becomes very angry, be assured that he has decided to harm me. ³
