7:14 The cities that the Philistines had captured from Israel were returned to Israel, from Ekron to Gath. Israel also delivered their territory from the control ¹  of the Philistines. There was also peace between Israel and the Amorites.

1 Samuel 18:25

18:25 Saul replied, “Here is what you should say to David: ‘There is nothing that the king wants as a price for the bride except a hundred Philistine foreskins, so that he can be avenged of his ²  enemies.’” (Now Saul was thinking that he could kill David by the hand of the Philistines.)

1 Samuel 28:19

28:19 The Lord will hand you and Israel over to the Philistines! ³  Tomorrow both you and your sons will be with me. ⁴  The Lord will also hand the army ⁵  of Israel over to the Philistines!”
