1:8 Solomon replied to God, “You demonstrated ¹  great loyalty to my father David and have made me king in his place.

2 Chronicles 9:31

9:31 Then Solomon passed away ²  and was buried in the city of his father David. His son Rehoboam replaced him as king.

12:16 Then Rehoboam passed away ³  and was buried in the City of David. ⁴  His son Abijah replaced him as king.

33:20 Manasseh passed away ⁹  and was buried in his palace. His son Amon replaced him as king.

Jehoahaz’s Reign

36:1 The people of the land took Jehoahaz son of Josiah and made him king in his father’s place in Jerusalem. ¹⁰
