14:2 (14:1) Asa did what the Lord his God desired and approved. 1 

2 Chronicles 25:2

25:2 He did what the Lord approved, 2  but not with wholehearted devotion. 3 

1 tn Heb “and Asa did the good and the right in the eyes of the Lord his God.”

2 tn Heb “he did what was proper in the eyes of the Lord.”
