18:25 Then the king of Israel said, “Take Micaiah and return him to Amon the city official and Joash the king’s son.

18:1 Jehoshaphat was very wealthy and greatly respected. He made an alliance by marriage with Ahab,

2 They brought him to Jehu and then executed him. They did give him a burial, for they reasoned,
3 “He is the son of Jehoshaphat, who sought the
Lord with his whole heart.” There was no one in Ahaziah’s family strong enough to rule in his place.
