The Building of the Temple

3:1 Solomon began building the Lord’s temple in Jerusalem ⁵  on Mount Moriah, where the Lord had appeared to his father David. This was the place that David prepared at the threshing floor of Ornan ⁶  the Jebusite.

2 Chronicles 15:8

15:8 When Asa heard these words and the prophecy of Oded the prophet, he was encouraged. ⁷  He removed the detestable idols from the entire land of Judah and Benjamin and from the cities he had seized in the Ephraimite hill country. 26:10 He built towers in the desert and dug many cisterns, for he owned many herds in the lowlands ¹²  and on the plain. He had workers in the fields and vineyards in the hills and in Carmel, ¹³  for he loved agriculture. ¹⁴ 

2 Chronicles 33:15
