Joash’s Reign

24:1 Joash was seven years old when he began to reign. He reigned for forty years in Jerusalem. ¹  His mother was Zibiah, who was from Beer Sheba.

2 Chronicles 15:11

15:11 At that time ²  they sacrificed to the Lord some of the plunder they had brought back, including 700 head of cattle and 7,000 sheep. ³

Jehoshaphat Appoints Judges

19:4 Jehoshaphat lived in Jerusalem. ⁴  He went out among the people from Beer Sheba to the hill country of Ephraim and encouraged them to follow ⁵  the Lord God of their ancestors. ⁶ 

2 Chronicles 30:5

30:5 So they sent an edict ⁷  throughout Israel from Beer Sheba to Dan, summoning the people ⁸  to come and observe a Passover for the Lord God of Israel in Jerusalem, for they had not observed it on a nationwide scale as prescribed in the law. ⁹
