6:20 When they had entered Samaria, Elisha said, “O Lord, open their eyes, so they can see.” The Lord opened their eyes and they saw that they were in the middle of Samaria. ¹

3:22 When they got up early the next morning, the sun was shining on the water. To the Moabites, who were some distance away, the water looked red like blood.

2 Kings 10:4

10:4 They were absolutely terrified ²  and said, “Look, two kings could not stop him! ³  How can we?” ⁴ 

¹ tn Heb “and they saw, and look, [they were] in the middle of Samaria.”

² tn Heb “they were very, very afraid.” The term מְאֹד (me’od) “very,” is repeated for emphasis.

³ tn Heb “did not stand before him.”
