Acts 27:43-44

27:43 But the centurion, ¹  wanting to save Paul’s life, ²  prevented them from carrying out their plan. He ordered those who could swim to jump overboard first and get to land, ³  27:44 and the rest were to follow, ⁴  some on planks ⁵  and some on pieces of the ship. ⁶  And in this way ⁷  all were brought safely to land.
