5:29 Then, on Belshazzar’s orders, 1  Daniel was clothed in purple, a golden collar was placed around his neck, and he was proclaimed third ruler in the kingdom.

Daniel 3:24

God Delivers His Servants

3:24 Then King Nebuchadnezzar was startled and quickly got up. He said to his ministers, “Wasn’t it three men that we tied up and threw 2  into 3  the fire?” They replied to the king, “For sure, O king.”

Daniel 6:2

6:2 Over them would be three supervisors, one of whom was Daniel. These satraps were accountable 4  to them, so that the king’s interests might not incur damage.
