Deuteronomy 1:17

1:17 They ¹  must not discriminate in judgment, but hear the lowly ²  and the great alike. Nor should they be intimidated by human beings, for judgment belongs to God. If the matter being adjudicated is too difficult for them, they should bring it before me for a hearing.

Deuteronomy 5:27-28

5:27 You go near so that you can hear everything the Lord our God is saying and then you can tell us whatever he ³  says to you; then we will pay attention and do it.” 5:28 When the Lord heard you speaking to me, he ⁴  said to me, “I have heard what these people have said to you – they have spoken well.

28:1 “If you indeed ⁸  obey the Lord your God and are careful to observe all his commandments I am giving ⁹  you today, the Lord your God will elevate you above all the nations of the earth.
