15:21 If they have any kind of blemish – lameness, blindness, or anything else 1  – you may not offer them as a sacrifice to the Lord your God.

Deuteronomy 19:11

19:11 However, suppose a person hates someone else 2  and stalks him, attacks him, kills him, 3  and then flees to one of these cities.
