Deuteronomy 3:20

3:20 You must fight ¹  until the Lord gives your countrymen victory ²  as he did you and they take possession of the land that the Lord your God is giving them on the other side of the Jordan River. Then each of you may return to his own territory that I have given you.”

Deuteronomy 15:9

15:9 Be careful lest you entertain the wicked thought that the seventh year, the year of cancellation of debts, has almost arrived, and your attitude ³  be wrong toward your impoverished fellow Israelite ⁴  and you do not lend ⁵  him anything; he will cry out to the Lord against you and you will be regarded as having sinned. ⁶ 

Deuteronomy 19:5

19:5 Suppose he goes with someone else ⁷  to the forest to cut wood and when he raises the ax ⁸  to cut the tree, the ax head flies loose ⁹  from the handle and strikes ¹⁰  his fellow worker ¹¹  so hard that he dies. The person responsible ¹²  may then flee to one of these cities to save himself. ¹³ 

Deuteronomy 20:19

20:19 If you besiege a city for a long time while attempting to capture it, ¹⁴  you must not chop down its trees, ¹⁵  for you may eat fruit ¹⁶  from them and should not cut them down. A tree in the field is not human that you should besiege it! ¹⁷ 

Deuteronomy 22:19

22:19 They will fine him one hundred shekels of silver and give them to the young woman’s father, for the man who made the accusation ¹⁸  ruined the reputation ¹⁹  of an Israelite virgin. She will then become his wife and he may never divorce her as long as he lives.

Deuteronomy 25:19

25:19 So when the Lord your God gives you relief from all the enemies who surround you in the land he ²⁰  is giving you as an inheritance, ²¹  you must wipe out the memory of the Amalekites from under heaven ²²  – do not forget! ²³ 

Deuteronomy 30:20

30:20 I also call on you ²⁴  to love the Lord your God, to obey him and be loyal to him, for he gives you life and enables you to live continually ²⁵  in the land the Lord promised to give to your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.”

Deuteronomy 31:20

31:20 For after I have brought them ²⁶  to the land I promised to their ²⁷  ancestors – one flowing with milk and honey – and they ²⁸  eat their fill ²⁹  and become fat, then they ³⁰  will turn to other gods and worship them; they will reject me and break my covenant.

Deuteronomy 34:4
