Ezekiel 18:26

18:26 When a righteous person turns back from his righteousness and practices wrongdoing, he will die for it; ¹  because of the wrongdoing he has done, he will die.

Ezekiel 33:18

33:18 When a righteous man turns from his godliness and commits iniquity, he will die for it.

Ezekiel 28:15

28:15 You were blameless in your behavior ²  from the day you were created,

until sin was discovered in you.

Ezekiel 33:13

33:13 Suppose I tell the righteous that he will certainly live, but he becomes confident in his righteousness and commits iniquity. None of his righteous deeds will be remembered; because of the iniquity he has committed he will die.

Ezekiel 18:8

Ezekiel 33:15

33:15 He ⁶  returns what was taken in pledge, pays back what he has stolen, and follows the statutes that give life, ⁷  committing no iniquity. He will certainly live – he will not die.

Ezekiel 3:20

3:20 “When a righteous person turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and I set an obstacle ⁸  before him, he will die. If you have not warned him, he will die for his sin. The righteous deeds he performed will not be considered, but I will hold you accountable for his death.

Ezekiel 18:24

18:24 “But if a righteous man turns away from his righteousness and practices wrongdoing according to all the abominable practices the wicked carry out, will he live? All his righteous acts will not be remembered; because of the unfaithful acts he has done and the sin he has committed, he will die. ⁹
