Ezekiel 4:2

4:2 Lay siege to it! Build siege works against it. Erect a siege ramp ¹  against it! Post soldiers outside it ²  and station battering rams around it.

Ezekiel 17:17

17:17 Pharaoh with his great army and mighty horde will not help ³  him in battle, when siege ramps are erected and siege-walls are built to kill many people.

Ezekiel 26:3

26:3 therefore this is what the sovereign Lord says: Look, ⁴  I am against you, ⁵  O Tyre! I will bring up many nations against you, as the sea brings up its waves.

Ezekiel 27:5

The Hebrew text switches to a second feminine singular form here, indicating that personified Jerusalem is addressed (see vv. 5-6a). The address to Jerusalem continues through v. 15. In vv. 16-17 the second masculine plural is used, as the people are addressed.
