Isaiah 43:1

The Lord Will Rescue His People

43:1 Now, this is what the Lord says,

the one who created you, O Jacob,

and formed you, O Israel:

“Don’t be afraid, for I will protect ¹  you.

I call you by name, you are mine.

Isaiah 43:7

43:7 everyone who belongs to me, ² 

whom I created for my glory,

whom I formed – yes, whom I made!

Isaiah 43:21

43:21 the people whom I formed for myself,

so they might praise me.” ³ 

Isaiah 33:22

33:22 For the Lord, our ruler,

the Lord, our commander,

the Lord, our king –

he will deliver us.

Psalms 74:12

74:12 But God has been my ⁴  king from ancient times,
