Isaiah 60:14

60:14 The children of your oppressors will come bowing to you;

all who treated you with disrespect will bow down at your feet.

They will call you, ‘The City of the Lord,

Zion of the Holy One of Israel.’ ¹ 

Isaiah 20:2

20:2 At that time the Lord announced through ²  Isaiah son of Amoz: “Go, remove the sackcloth from your waist and take your sandals off your feet.” He did as instructed and walked around in undergarments ³  and barefoot.

Isaiah 49:23

49:23 Kings will be your children’s ⁴  guardians;

their princesses will nurse your children. ⁵ 

With their faces to the ground they will bow down to you

and they will lick the dirt on ⁶  your feet.

Then you will recognize that I am the Lord;

those who wait patiently for me are not put to shame.
