Judges 1:25-26

1:25 He showed them a secret entrance into the city, and they put the city to the sword. But they let the man and his extended family leave safely. 1:26 He 1  moved to Hittite country and built a city. He named it Luz, and it has kept that name to this very day.

Judges 7:16

7:16 He divided the three hundred men into three units. 2  He gave them all trumpets and empty jars with torches inside them. 3

19:10 But the man did not want to stay another night. He left 10  and traveled as far as 11  Jebus (that is, Jerusalem). 12  He had with him a pair of saddled donkeys and his concubine. 13

19:20 The old man said, “Everything is just fine! 14  I will take care of all your needs. But don’t spend the night in the town square.”

Judges 19:26

19:26 The woman arrived back at daybreak and was sprawled out on the doorstep of the house where her master 15  was staying until it became light. 16 

Judges 19:28

19:28 He said to her, “Get up, let’s leave!” But there was no response. He put her on the donkey and went home. 17 

Judges 20:4

20:4 The Levite, 18  the husband of the murdered woman, spoke up, “I and my concubine stopped in 19  Gibeah in the territory of Benjamin 20  to spend the night.
