20:11 So all the men of Israel gathered together at the city as allies. ¹ 

Judges 3:13

3:13 Eglon formed alliances with ²  the Ammonites and Amalekites. He came and defeated Israel, and they seized the City of Date Palm Trees.

Judges 11:20

11:20 But Sihon did not trust Israel to pass through his territory. He ³  assembled his whole army, ⁴  camped in Jahaz, and fought with Israel.

² tn Heb “and he gathered to him.”

³ tn Heb “Sihon.” The proper name (“Sihon”) has been replaced in the translation by the pronoun (“he”) because of English style; a repetition of the proper name here would be redundant in English.
