Joshua 1:8

1:8 This law scroll must not leave your lips! ¹  You must memorize it ²  day and night so you can carefully obey ³  all that is written in it. Then you will prosper ⁴  and be successful. ⁵ 

Joshua 4:3

4:3 Instruct them, ‘Pick up twelve stones from the middle of the Jordan, from the very place where the priests ⁶  stand firmly, and carry them over with you and put them in the place where you camp tonight.’”

Joshua 8:9

8:9 Joshua sent them away and they went to their hiding place ⁷  west of Ai, between Bethel ⁸  and Ai. ⁹  Joshua spent that night with the army. ¹⁰
