Joshua 2:23

2:23 Then the two men returned – they came down from the hills, crossed the river, ¹  came to Joshua son of Nun, and reported to him all they had discovered.

Joshua 8:5

8:5 I and all the troops ²  who are with me will approach the city. When they come out to fight us like before, we will retreat from them.

Joshua 23:7

23:7 or associate with these nations that remain near ⁷  you. You must not invoke or make solemn declarations by the names of their gods! ⁸  You must not worship ⁹  or bow down to them!

Joshua 23:12

23:12 But if you ever turn away and make alliances with ¹⁰  these nations that remain near you, ¹¹  and intermarry with them and establish friendly relations with them, ¹² 

Joshua 24:8

24:8 Then I brought you to the land of the Amorites who lived east of the Jordan. They fought with you, but I handed them over to you; you conquered ¹³  their land and I destroyed them from before you.

The Hiphil of שָׁבַע (shava’) without an object occurs only here and in Josh 6:26.
