6:3 Have all the warriors march around the city one time; ¹  do this for six days.

Joshua 7:9

7:9 When the Canaanites and all who live in the land hear about this, they will turn against us and destroy the very memory of us ²  from the earth. What will you do to protect your great reputation?” ³ 

¹ tn Heb “and go around the city, all [you] men of war, encircling the city one time.” The Hebrew verb וְסַבֹּתֶם (vÿsabbotem, “and go around”) is plural, being addressed to the whole army.

² tn Heb “and cut off our name.”
