Joshua 7:11

7:11 Israel has sinned; they have violated my covenantal commandment! 1  They have taken some of the riches; 2  they have stolen them and deceitfully put them among their own possessions. 3 

Joshua 24:27

24:27 Joshua said to all the people, “Look, this stone will be a witness against you, for it has heard everything the Lord said to us. 4  It will be a witness against you if 5  you deny your God.”

1 tn Heb “They have violated my covenant which I commanded them.”

2 tn Heb “what was set apart [to the Lord].”

3 tn Heb “and also they have stolen, and also they have lied, and also they have placed [them] among their items.”
