Joshua 8:9

8:9 Joshua sent them away and they went to their hiding place¹ west of Ai, between Bethel² and Ai.³ Joshua spent that night with the army.⁴

Joshua 22:27

22:27 but as a reminder to us and you,⁵ and to our descendants who follow us, that we will honor the Lord in his very presence⁶ with burnt offerings, sacrifices, and tokens of peace.⁷ Then in the future your descendants will not be able to say to our descendants, ‘You have no right to worship the Lord.’⁸

Joshua 24:7

24:7 Your fathers⁹ cried out for help to the Lord; he made the area between you and the Egyptians dark,¹⁰ and then drowned them in the sea.¹¹ You witnessed with your very own eyes¹² what I did in Egypt. You lived in the wilderness for a long time.¹³
