Leviticus 24:19

24:19 If a man inflicts an injury on ¹  his fellow citizen, ²  just as he has done it must be done to him –

27:12 and the priest will establish its conversion value, ³  whether good or bad. According to the assessed conversion value of the priest, thus it will be.
