4:10 Then those in Judah said, “The strength of the laborers 1  has failed! The debris is so great that we are unable to rebuild the wall.”

3 tc The translation reads וְהָאַחַת הֹלֶכֶת (vÿha’akhat holekhet, “and one was proceeding”) rather than the MT reading וְתַהֲלֻכֹת (vÿtahalukhot, “and processions”).
