Numbers 17:3

17:3 You must write Aaron’s name on the staff of Levi; for one staff is for the head of every tribe. ¹ 

Numbers 34:14

34:14 because the tribe of the Reubenites by their families, ²  the tribe of the Gadites by their families, and half of the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance.

Numbers 36:7

36:7 In this way the inheritance of the Israelites will not be transferred ³  from tribe to tribe. But every one of the Israelites must retain the ancestral heritage.
