2:7 Next will be ¹  the tribe of Zebulun. The leader of the people of Zebulun is Eliab son of Helon.

Numbers 7:24

7:24 On the third day Eliab son of Helon, leader of the Zebulunites, presented an offering. ² 

Numbers 10:16

10:16 and over the company of the tribe of the Zebulunites was Elion son of Helon.
