6:4 And another horse, fiery red, ¹  came out, and the one who rode it ²  was granted permission ³  to take peace from the earth, so that people would butcher ⁴  one another, and he was given a huge sword.

Revelation 13:15

13:15 The second beast ⁵  was empowered ⁶  to give life ⁷  to the image of the first beast ⁸  so that it could speak, and could cause all those who did not worship the image of the beast to be killed.
