Romans 2:2

2:2 Now we know that God’s judgment is in accordance with truth against those who practice such things.

Romans 2:9

2:9 There will be affliction and distress on everyone who does evil, on the Jew first and also the Greek,

Romans 9:23

9:23 And what if he is willing to make known the wealth of his glory on the objects of mercy that he has prepared beforehand for glory –

sn Paul uses the term Greek here and in v. 10 to refer to non-Jews, i.e., Gentiles.
