1:7 so that you do not lack any spiritual gift as you wait for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 1:23

1:23 but we preach about a crucified Christ, a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles.

3:16 Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you?

8:2 If someone thinks he knows something, he does not yet know to the degree that he needs to know.

Prophecy and Tongues

14:1 Pursue love and be eager for the spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy.

15:14 And if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is futile and your faith is empty.

15:23 But each in his own order: Christ, the firstfruits; then when Christ comes, those who belong to him.

16:16 also to submit to people like this, and to everyone who cooperates in the work and labors hard.

16:18 For they refreshed my spirit and yours. So then, recognize people like this.
