1 Corinthians 5:11
5:11 But now I am writing to you not to associate with anyone who calls himself a Christian
who is sexually immoral, or greedy, or an idolater, or verbally abusive,
or a drunkard, or a swindler. Do not even eat with such a person.
1 Corinthians 11:3
11:3 But I want you to know that Christ is the head of every man, and the man is the head of a woman,
and God is the head of Christ.
1 Corinthians 12:3
12:3 So I want you to understand that no one speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus is cursed,” and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.
1 Corinthians 14:5
14:5 I wish you all spoke in tongues, but even more that you would prophesy. The one who prophesies is greater than the one who speaks in tongues, unless he interprets so that the church may be strengthened.
1 Corinthians 15:58
15:58 So then, dear brothers and sisters,
be firm. Do not be moved! Always be outstanding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
1 Corinthians 16:12
16:12 With regard to our brother Apollos: I strongly encouraged him to visit you with the other brothers, but it was simply not his intention to come now. He will come when he has the opportunity.
