1:9 Adonijah sacrificed sheep, cattle, and fattened steers at the Stone of Zoheleth near En Rogel. He invited all his brothers, the king’s sons,
as well as all the men of Judah, the king’s servants.
1 Kings 5:6
5:6 So now order some cedars of Lebanon to be cut for me. My servants will work with your servants. I will pay your servants whatever you say is appropriate, for you know that we have no one among us who knows how to cut down trees like the Sidonians.”

a very large quantity of gold, and precious gems. She visited Solomon and discussed with him everything that was on her mind.

10:22 Along with Hiram’s fleet, the king had a fleet of large merchant ships
that sailed the sea. Once every three years the fleet
came into port with cargoes of
gold, silver, ivory, apes, and peacocks.

Lord his God, as his father David had been.

12:21 When Rehoboam arrived in Jerusalem, he summoned 180,000 skilled warriors from all of Judah and the tribe of Benjamin to attack Israel and restore the kingdom to Rehoboam son of Solomon.
1 Kings 12:24
12:24 ‘The
Lord says this: “Do not attack and make war with your brothers, the Israelites. Each of you go home, for I have caused this to happen.”’”
They obeyed the
Lord and went home as the
Lord had ordered them to do.
