18:9 Now the king of Israel and King Jehoshaphat of Judah were sitting on their respective thrones, dressed in their royal robes, at the threshing floor at the entrance of the gate of Samaria. All the prophets were prophesying before them.
2 Chronicles 22:9
22:9 He looked for Ahaziah, who was captured while hiding in Samaria.
They brought him to Jehu and then executed him. They did give him a burial, for they reasoned,
“He is the son of Jehoshaphat, who sought the
Lord with his whole heart.” There was no one in Ahaziah’s family strong enough to rule in his place.
2 Chronicles 28:9
28:9 Oded, a prophet of the Lord, was there. He went to meet the army as they arrived in Samaria and said to them: “Look, because the Lord God of your ancestors was angry with Judah he handed them over to you. You have killed them so mercilessly that God has taken notice.
