2 Chronicles 24:25-26
24:25 When they withdrew, they left Joash
badly wounded. His servants plotted against him because of what he had done to
the son
of Jehoiada the priest. They murdered him on his bed. Thus
he died and was buried in the City of David,
but not in the tombs of the kings.
24:26 The conspirators were Zabad son of Shimeath (an Ammonite woman) and Jehozabad son of Shimrith (a Moabite woman).
2 Chronicles 25:27-28
25:27 From the time Amaziah turned from following the
Lord, conspirators plotted against him in Jerusalem,
so he fled to Lachish. But they sent assassins after him
and they killed him there.
25:28 His body was carried back by horses,
and he was buried in Jerusalem with his ancestors
in the City of David.

25:2 He did what the
Lord approved,
but not with wholehearted devotion.
2 Chronicles 4:5-12
4:5 It was four fingers thick and its rim was like that of a cup shaped like a lily blossom. It could hold 18,000 gallons.
4:6 He made ten washing basins; he put five on the south side and five on the north side. In them they rinsed the items used for burnt sacrifices; the priests washed in “The Sea.”
4:7 He made ten gold lampstands according to specifications and put them in the temple, five on the right and five on the left.
4:8 He made ten tables and set them in the temple, five on the right and five on the left. He also made one hundred gold bowls.
4:9 He made the courtyard of the priests and the large enclosure and its doors; he plated their doors with bronze.
4:10 He put “The Sea” on the south side, in the southeast corner.
4:11 Huram Abi made the pots, shovels, and bowls. He finished all the work on God’s temple he had been assigned by King Solomon.
4:12 He made the two pillars, the two bowl-shaped tops of the pillars, the latticework for the bowl-shaped tops of the two pillars,

4:2 He also made the big bronze basin called “The Sea.”
It measured 15 feet
from rim to rim, was circular in shape, and stood seven and one-half feet
high. Its circumference was 45 feet.
2 Chronicles 21:1
21:1 Jehoshaphat passed away and was buried with his ancestors in the City of David. His son Jehoram replaced him as king.
Psalms 55:23
55:23 But you, O God, will bring them down to the deep Pit.
Violent and deceitful people will not live even half a normal lifespan.

11:22 Notice therefore the kindness and harshness of God – harshness toward those who have fallen, but
