2 Samuel 12:11
12:11 This is what the
Lord says: ‘I am about to bring disaster on you
from inside your own household!
Right before your eyes I will take your wives and hand them over to your companion.
He will have sexual relations with
your wives in broad daylight!
Deuteronomy 22:25-27
22:25 But if the man came across
the engaged woman in the field and overpowered her and raped
her, then only the rapist
must die.
22:26 You must not do anything to the young woman – she has done nothing deserving of death. This case is the same as when someone attacks another person
and murders him,
22:27 for the man
met her in the field and the engaged woman cried out, but there was no one to rescue her.
Jude 1:5
1:5 Now I desire to remind you (even though you have been fully informed of these facts once for all) that Jesus, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, later destroyed those who did not believe.
Esther 7:8
7:8 When the king returned from the palace garden to the banquet of wine, Haman was throwing himself down on the couch where Esther was lying. The king exclaimed, “Will he also attempt to rape the queen while I am still in the building!”
As these words left the king’s mouth, they covered Haman’s face.
