2 Samuel 24:10

24:10 David felt guilty after he had numbered the army. David said to the Lord, “I have sinned greatly by doing this! Now, O Lord, please remove the guilt of your servant, for I have acted very foolishly.”

Job 7:20

7:20 If I have sinned – what have I done to you,

O watcher of men?

Why have you set me as your target?

Have I become a burden to you?

Job 42:6

42:6 Therefore I despise myself,

and I repent in dust and ashes!

Isaiah 6:5
