Daniel 1:19
1:19 When the king spoke with them, he did not find among the entire group
anyone like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, or Azariah. So they entered the king’s service.
Daniel 5:8
5:8 So all the king’s wise men came in, but they were unable to read the writing or to make known its interpretation to the king.

to them, so that the king’s interests might not incur damage.

toward the beautiful holy mountain. But he will come to his end, with no one to help him.

in the dusty ground will awake –
some to everlasting life,
and others to shame and everlasting abhorrence.

12:4 “But you, Daniel, close up these words and seal the book until the time of the end. Many will dash about, and knowledge will increase.”
