Deuteronomy 4:40
4:40 Keep his statutes and commandments that I am setting forth
today so that it may go well with you and your descendants and that you may enjoy longevity in the land that the
Lord your God is about to give you as a permanent possession.
Deuteronomy 6:3
6:3 Pay attention, Israel, and be careful to do this so that it may go well with you and that you may increase greatly in number
– as the
Lord, God of your ancestors,
said to you, you will have a land flowing with milk and honey.

Lord your God, for he is the one who gives ability to get wealth; if you do this he will confirm his covenant that he made by oath to your ancestors,
even as he has to this day.

14:21 You may not eat any corpse, though you may give it to the resident foreigner who is living in your villages
and he may eat it, or you may sell it to a foreigner. You are a people holy to the
Lord your God. Do not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.

15:18 You should not consider it difficult to let him go free, for he will have served you for six years, twice
the time of a hired worker; the
Lord your God will bless you in everything you do.

20:20 However, you may chop down any tree you know is not suitable for food,
and you may use it to build siege works
against the city that is making war with you until that city falls.

25:19 So when the
Lord your God gives you relief from all the enemies who surround you in the land he
is giving you as an inheritance,
you must wipe out the memory of the Amalekites from under heaven
– do not forget!

30:20 I also call on you
to love the
Lord your God, to obey him and be loyal to him, for he gives you life and enables you to live continually
in the land the
Lord promised to give to your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.”
Deuteronomy 31:13
31:13 Then their children, who have not known this law,
will also hear about and learn to fear the
Lord your God for as long as you live in the land you are crossing the Jordan to possess.”
Deuteronomy 32:47
32:47 For this is no idle word for you – it is your life! By this word you will live a long time in the land you are about to cross the Jordan to possess.”
