Deuteronomy 5:5
5:5 (I was standing between the
Lord and you at that time to reveal to you the message
of the
Lord, because you were afraid of the fire and would not go up the mountain.) He said:

Hebrews 2:1-3
Warning Against Drifting Away
2:1 Therefore we must pay closer attention to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away.
2:2 For if the message spoken through angels proved to be so firm that every violation or disobedience received its just penalty,
2:3 how will we escape if we neglect such a great salvation? It was first communicated through the Lord and was confirmed to us by those who heard him,
Hebrews 3:2-6
3:2 who is faithful to the one who appointed him, as Moses was also in God’s
house.
3:3 For he has come to deserve greater glory than Moses, just as the builder of a house deserves greater honor than the house itself!
3:4 For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God.
3:5 Now Moses was
faithful in all God’s house as a servant, to testify to the things that would be spoken.
3:6 But Christ
is faithful as a son over God’s
house. We are of his house,
if in fact we hold firmly
to our confidence and the hope we take pride in.
