Ecclesiastes 6:12
6:12 For no one knows what is best for a person during his life –
during the few days of his fleeting life –
for they pass away like a shadow.
Nor can anyone tell him what the future will hold for him on earth.
Ecclesiastes 9:12
9:12 Surely, no one knows his appointed time!
Like fish that are caught in a deadly net, and like birds that are caught in a snare –
just like them, all people are ensnared at an unfortunate time that falls upon them suddenly.

25:10 But while they had gone to buy it, the bridegroom arrived, and those who were ready went inside with him to the wedding banquet. Then
the door was shut.

the other virgins came too, saying, ‘Lord, lord! Let us in!’
25:12 But he replied,
‘I tell you the truth,
I do not know you!’
25:13 Therefore stay alert, because you do not know the day or the hour.
