Exodus 3:8-12
3:8 I have come down
to deliver them
from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up from that land to a land that is both good and spacious,
to a land flowing with milk and honey,
to the region of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites.

our enemies and fight against us and leave
the country.”
1:11 So they put foremen over the Israelites to oppress them with hard labor. As a result they built Pithom and Rameses as store cities for Pharaoh.

3:15 Such
wisdom does not come
from above but is earthly, natural,
demonic.
3:16 For where there is jealousy and selfishness, there is disorder and every evil practice.
3:17 But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, accommodating,
full of mercy and good fruit,
impartial, and not hypocritical.
