Exodus 33:21-23
33:21 The
Lord said, “Here
is a place by me; you will station yourself
on a rock.
33:22 When my glory passes by, I will put you in a cleft in the rock and will cover
you with my hand
while I pass by.
33:23 Then I will take away my hand, and you will see my back,
but my face must not be seen.”
Exodus 34:6
34:6 The
Lord passed by before him and proclaimed:
“The
Lord, the
Lord,
the compassionate and gracious
God, slow to anger,
and abounding in loyal love and faithfulness,
Habakkuk 3:3-5
3:3 God comes from Teman,
the sovereign one from Mount Paran. Selah.
His splendor covers the skies,
his glory fills the earth.
3:4 He is as bright as lightning;
a two-pronged lightning bolt flashes from his hand.
This is the outward display of his power.
3:5 Plague goes before him;
pestilence marches right behind him.
