Exodus 2:15
2:15 When Pharaoh heard
about this event,
he sought to kill Moses. So Moses fled
from Pharaoh and settled in the land of Midian,
and he settled
by a certain well.
Exodus 3:18
3:18 “The elders will listen to you, and then you and the elders of Israel must go to the king of Egypt and tell him, ‘The Lord, the God of the Hebrews, has met with us. So now, let us go three days’ journey into the wilderness, so that we may sacrifice to the Lord our God.’
Exodus 4:9
4:9 And if
they do not believe even these two signs or listen to you,
then take
some water from the Nile and pour it out on the dry ground. The water you take out of the Nile will become blood on the dry ground.”
Exodus 5:2
5:2 But Pharaoh said, “Who is the
Lord that
I should obey him
by releasing
Israel? I do not know the
Lord,
and I will not release Israel!”
Exodus 7:4
7:4 Pharaoh will not listen to you.
I will reach into
Egypt and bring out my regiments,
my people the Israelites, from the land of Egypt with great acts of judgment.
Exodus 16:8
16:8 Moses said, “You will know this when the Lord gives you meat to eat in the evening and bread in the morning to satisfy you, because the Lord has heard your murmurings that you are murmuring against him. As for us, what are we? Your murmurings are not against us, but against the Lord.”
Exodus 16:12
16:12 “I have heard the murmurings of the Israelites. Tell them, ‘During the evening
you will eat meat,
and in the morning you will be satisfied
with bread, so that you may know
that I am the
Lord your God.’”
Exodus 18:1
The Advice of Jethro
18:1 Jethro, the priest of Midian, Moses’ father-in-law, heard about all that God had done for Moses and for his people Israel, that the Lord had brought Israel out of Egypt.
Exodus 19:9
19:9 The Lord said to Moses, “I am going to come to you in a dense cloud, so that the people may hear when I speak with you and so that they will always believe in you.” And Moses told the words of the people to the Lord.
Exodus 22:27
22:27 for it is his only covering – it is his garment for his body.
What else can he sleep in?
And
when he cries out to me, I will hear, for I am gracious.
