Genesis 19:2-3
19:2 He said, “Here, my lords, please turn aside to your servant’s house. Stay the night and wash your feet. Then you can be on your way early in the morning.” “No,” they replied, “we’ll spend the night in the town square.”
19:3 But he urged them persistently, so they turned aside with him and entered his house. He prepared a feast for them, including bread baked without yeast, and they ate.
Jude 1:7-10
1:7 So also
Sodom and Gomorrah and the neighboring towns,
since they indulged in sexual immorality and pursued unnatural desire
in a way similar to
these angels,
are now displayed as an example by suffering the punishment of eternal fire.
1:8 Yet these men, as a result of their dreams, defile the flesh, reject authority, and insult the glorious ones.
1:9 But even when Michael the archangel was arguing with the devil and debating with him concerning Moses’ body, he did not dare to bring a slanderous judgment, but said, “May the Lord rebuke you!”
1:10 But these men do not understand the things they slander, and they are being destroyed by the very things that, like irrational animals, they instinctively comprehend.
Luke 14:23
14:23 So
the master said to his
slave, ‘Go out to the highways
and country roads
and urge
people
to come in, so that my house will be filled.

24:29 but they urged him,
“Stay with us, because it is getting toward evening and the day is almost done.” So
he went in to stay with them.
