Genesis 20:9-10
20:9 Abimelech summoned Abraham and said to him, “What have you done to us? What sin did I commit against you that would cause you to bring such great guilt on me and my kingdom?
You have done things to me that should not be done!”
20:10 Then Abimelech asked
Abraham, “What prompted you to do this thing?”
Exodus 32:21
32:21 Moses said to Aaron, “What did this people do to you, that you have brought on them so great a sin?”
Joshua 9:19-20
9:19 but all the leaders told the whole community, “We swore an oath to them in the name of

Lord God of Israel. So now we can’t hurt
them!
9:20 We must let them live so we can escape the curse attached to the oath we swore to them.”

Psalms 15:4

Ezekiel 17:18-19
17:18 He despised the oath by breaking the covenant. Take note
– he gave his promise
and did all these things – he will not escape!
17:19 “‘Therefore this is what the sovereign Lord says: As surely as I live, I will certainly repay him for despising my oath and breaking my covenant!
Romans 1:31-32
1:31 senseless, covenant-breakers,
heartless, ruthless.

God’s righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die,
