Genesis 1:11
1:11 God said, “Let the land produce vegetation: plants yielding seeds according to their kinds, and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds.” It was so.
Genesis 1:26
1:26 Then God said, “Let us make
humankind in our image, after our likeness, so they may rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move on the earth.”

Genesis 47:14-15
47:14 Joseph collected all the money that could be found in the land of Egypt and in the land of Canaan as payment
for the grain they were buying. Then Joseph brought the money into Pharaoh’s palace.
47:15 When the money from the lands of Egypt and Canaan was used up, all the Egyptians
came to Joseph and said, “Give us food! Why should we die
before your very eyes because our money has run out?”
Genesis 48:7
48:7 But as for me, when I was returning from Paddan, Rachel died – to my sorrow
– in the land of Canaan. It happened along the way, some distance from Ephrath. So I buried her there on the way to Ephrath” (that is, Bethlehem).
Genesis 50:24
50:24 Then Joseph said to his brothers, “I am about to die. But God will surely come to you and lead you up from this land to the land he swore on oath to give to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.”
